How has your behavior (both physical, mental and spiritual) changed since you have begun practicing yoga?

My behavior in yoga has made a big change in my life physically my body has been clean from tension because i get to move the muscles in my body.Mentally it clears my mind of all bad and makes me find a clearer view of problems overgoing my brain amd spiritually it calms me from hatred and relaxes my brain.

Physically, i have to say Yoga has helped me out a lot. I used to be very lazy and never excersiced therefore i was very tense. Once i started taking yoga that all changed. My muscles loosened up allowing me to stretch farther, excersice longer, without tiring, and actually WANT to excersice which was a negative to me before. Now i have an entirely new point of view towards excersicing, i cant wait till my B-Block class everyday to work out.

Mentally, Yoga DEFINETLY helped me ALOT. Before i had no patience, quick to lose my temper, and didnt..always make the best decisions, positive choices.I got veryy frustrated veryyyyy fast. For example, when i first entered this class. I seen people doing the headstand. Without a second thought first thing i said " hellll nooo i aint doing that! i aint tryna break my neck!" mostly every asana i wouldn't try in fear of breaking some bones. After a while i started ackknowleding "hey, what the heck?? if they could do it so can I" and so i stopped being such a wimp in life, with a lot of things in general, i now i go for it , instead of letting fears, and worries take over me. Im a much more stronger person than i was before i started taking yoga.

Spiritually, a HUGE difference in me. Im not proud to say , before i entered HMHS and met all these wonderful people, before i recieved my schedule, and even dreamin gof taking yoga , i was a very judgeful person. I Didn't see the point in doing good becuase everything would always end up messed up , and everyone is the same. Everyone stabs everybodie's back. Until i started reading about Karma Yoga. And started doing final relaxation " sending out positive energy even to those you DONT Like" that changed my entire point of view. Yoga has helped me see things different and realize just how I've been hurt in life so have others , so i have no right judging them, just as i don't like anyone judging me . Whenever i can help someone i will , and i wont worry anymore wether they think im wierd or not. Ill participate in class and try my best and forget about what everyone thinks about me , and they could hate me for passing with good grades, because I've finally had a boost on my self esteem. I agree 100% that yoga has changed me COMPLETELY,with my attitude towards everything.. Yoga has made me such a better person , that words can't explain...

I guess i've become more flexable and my stamina has increased consquentially. In terms of Mentality, I Found my ability to concentrate has increased. I didn't change at all spiritually.
