In the tradition of Hatha yoga, Ganesha is known as the remover of obstacles. I would like for my students, while they practice yoga, to have the opportunity to learn as well as over-come difficulties in their lives. Ganesha teaches students to remove the mental, spiritual and physical obstacles in their lives. For any questions, please email: mweiche@schools.nyc.gov

Karma Yoga is something a lot of spiritual people (mostly) belive in ...
Karma Yoga is basically helping people , with no expection of recieving something in return...They volunteer to help others, because they care, not because they're getting anything from it.
For examples:
>Helping out in the shelter
>community service
>Tutoring
>Giving money to the poor
>Helping out in church
>Attending talent shows
>Giving support to those who need it
>counceling
>Scholarships
>Loans,
There are many things you can do to help society , some people even volunteer at jobs and not get paid, is just something people do to see everyone happy , helping those in need, because they care , and want to make the world a better place.

karma yoga is a selfless service path.karma yoga works both physically and mentally.Mentally karma yoga seeks to eliminate the evil or negative thoughts inside of your body to serve someone or something in their time of need without being rewarded.

Karma Yoga is one of the four pillers of yoga. It pretty much says that in order to achieve the love of "god" one must do self-less service with taking a reward. It's the action path.
